Because fonts are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We're not able to offer refunds simply because a font wasn't the right fit for a project once the files have been downloaded.
If a font file is corrupted, missing core character sets, or significantly misrepresented on its listing page, contact the foundry or our support team within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you to resolve it — including a replacement file or refund where appropriate.
