NexFonts is an independent fonts, design resources and creative tools website operated by Anupama Herath in Sri Lanka. In this Privacy Policy, “NexFonts”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the website at nexfonts.com.
This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used and disclosed when you use NexFonts, and explains your privacy choices. We use personal information only for legitimate website, support, security, analytics and advertising purposes described below and, where applicable law requires it, on an appropriate legal basis such as consent.
Most of NexFonts can be browsed without creating an account. If you contact us, send a copyright or licensing request, or use another feature that asks you to submit information, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message and details about the page, font or resource involved.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
When you visit NexFonts, our hosting, content delivery, security, analytics or advertising providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, requested pages, referring page, approximate location, access time, response status and other diagnostic information.
This information helps us deliver the website, understand how it is used, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, secure downloads and improve performance. We do not use routine technical logs to create a public profile about individual visitors.
Some convenience features can store information locally in your browser rather than in a NexFonts user account. This may include saved fonts, recently viewed items, download history and theme settings. That information normally remains on the device and browser profile where it was created until you clear it or your browser removes it.
Clearing site data, switching browsers or using private browsing can remove browser-local information. Because NexFonts does not currently provide a user sign-in system for these saved features, we generally cannot restore local favourites after they are erased.
When you use the image font finder, the image or cropped area you choose is sent to the recognition service used to analyse the text and return possible font matches. Upload only material you are comfortable processing through that feature, and avoid private, confidential or sensitive images.
Font-finder results are visual suggestions, not guaranteed identifications. The recognition provider may process technical information needed to receive the image and return the result under its own privacy terms.
NexFonts and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, web beacons and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. They can be session cookies, which normally disappear when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period or until removed.

Downloads may be delivered through cloud storage or a content delivery network. Those infrastructure providers can receive technical request information such as IP address, requested file, user agent and access time so they can deliver the file and protect the service.
We may also measure aggregate download activity to understand which resources are useful and to identify broken files. A normal font or resource download does not by itself create a NexFonts customer account.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including website operation, support, security, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Different categories of information can have different retention periods.
Technical logs may be retained for a limited period according to operational and provider requirements. Contact, copyright and licensing messages may be kept longer where needed to document a request, the evidence supplied and the action taken. Browser-local information remains on your device until it is cleared by you, your browser or the relevant feature.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of routine backup and disaster-recovery processes. Where appropriate, information may instead be aggregated or anonymised so it can no longer reasonably identify you.

We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through NexFonts, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Visitors should avoid sending sensitive information that is not required for the feature or request they are using.
NexFonts is a general creative and typography website and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly ask children under 16 to create profiles or provide personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information to us, they can contact us so the situation can be reviewed and the information deleted where appropriate.
