Terms of Use.

By using NEXFONTS, you agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these terms. The site provides font discovery, previews, downloads, design resources, educational content and typography tools. Each font remains subject to the licence shown on its detail page and included with the download.

Anyone can browse the public library, preview fonts and download fonts that pass our public licence checks. A download does not transfer ownership of a typeface. Your rights come from the font's own licence, so review it before personal, client or commercial use.

NexFonts does not require an account. Favourites, download history, recently viewed fonts and preferences may be stored locally in your browser as convenience features. Clearing browser data may remove those saved items.

The image font finder provides suggested matches, not a guarantee of the exact original font. The pairing generator provides design suggestions, and the converter processes files supplied by the user. You are responsible for confirming licences and ensuring you have permission to upload, convert and use any file or image.

Resource pages may provide PSD files, brushes, textures, overlays, patterns, mockups or motion templates through NexFonts or third party storage. You are responsible for checking the licence, software requirements and included files before use. Do not redistribute an editable source file unless its licence clearly allows redistribution.

Large resource downloads may be delivered through cloud object storage. We aim to keep links accurate, but files can temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, network problems or a corrected rights issue. Report a broken download through the support or contact page.

Fonts remain the property of their respective rights holders. NEXFONTS does not claim ownership of third-party typefaces. See our License Information page for guidance.

The current NexFonts library is available without sign-in, subscriptions or checkout. A font being free to download does not override its licence, so you must still confirm the permitted uses shown for that font.

You agree not to misrepresent licences, redistribute font files outside their licence terms, upload content you do not have permission to use, introduce malicious files, attempt to bypass security or disrupt the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
