Clear ownership, attribution and removal rules.

NexFonts is both a font catalogue and a publisher of original design resources. Those roles are different. A third-party font remains the intellectual property of its type designer, foundry, project or other rights holder even when its licence permits redistribution. NexFonts does not become the copyright owner merely by cataloguing or distributing a legitimately redistributable font.

Original resources published in the NexFonts resource library are owned and published by NexFonts unless an individual item clearly identifies a different rights arrangement. Those resources are made available under the NexFonts Resource License, which permits normal personal and commercial design use while restricting standalone resale and redistribution of the editable source asset.

Font pages are designed to show the available family name, designer or author information, licence, source and usage notes. When a licence supports redistribution, NexFonts may make the font file available as a catalogue download. The original licence travels with the font and controls what users may do with the font software.

Metadata can be incomplete or change between releases. If a type designer, foundry or knowledgeable user provides reliable evidence that a creator name, source, licence or redistribution status is wrong, we can correct the public record. A correction request does not need to be adversarial; accurate attribution is useful to creators and users alike.

NexFonts-created PSD text effects, photo effects, brushes, textures, gradient packs, Photoshop patterns, mockups and After Effects resources are published as original downloadable assets. The preview image, item description and editable source remain protected by copyright. Users receive the permissions described in the NexFonts Resource License, not ownership of the source asset itself.

Using an original resource to create a poster, client visual, advertisement, social design, video, package presentation or other finished project is different from redistributing the source. Uploading the original or lightly modified PSD, ABR, PAT, texture pack, mockup or template to another stock or download site is not allowed under the standard resource licence.

If you own or represent rights in a font, preview, image or other work displayed on NexFonts and believe it is being used or distributed incorrectly, send us a good-faith request with enough information to identify the material. We will review the claim and can disable a download, remove material, correct attribution or update licensing information when the evidence supports the request.

Use the contact page with the copyright subject. Providing one precise request is more useful than sending repeated general notices without the affected URLs.

Please include information that allows us to verify both the work and the affected NexFonts page:

• The full NexFonts URL for each font, resource, preview or file concerned.
• The title or name of the copyrighted work.
• The name of the copyright owner or rights holder.
• Your relationship to that owner if you are acting as a representative.
• A link, licence document, registration, official foundry page or other evidence that supports the claim.
• A working email address where we can ask follow-up questions.
• A clear explanation of the requested action, such as removal, licence correction, source correction or attribution update.

We first identify the exact page and file. We then compare the claim with the licence information, source records and other reliable evidence available to us. When the issue appears credible and time-sensitive, access to a download can be disabled while the record is reviewed. The appropriate outcome may be removal, corrected attribution, an updated source link, a clarified licence or restoration when the original record is supported.

We aim to avoid both careless hosting and careless takedowns. A font can legitimately be redistributable under an open licence even though it remains copyrighted, while a freely viewable file elsewhere on the web may not grant redistribution rights. The licence and rights evidence matter more than the fact that a file can be found online.

Please submit accurate information and do not knowingly claim rights you do not control. A vague request can delay review when it does not identify the work or affected URL. We may request additional evidence when ownership, authority or licensing status is unclear. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that may exist under applicable law.
