We try to publish only fonts that are free, open source, or legally redistributable.

Our approach

NexFonts aims to list only fonts that are free, open source, or otherwise legally redistributable, such as fonts released under the SIL Open Font License, Apache License, MIT License, Public Domain, CC0, or the Ubuntu Font License. Fonts that we cannot verify are marked for review and are not made public until their license is confirmed.

If you are a copyright owner

If you own the rights to a font listed here, or you believe a font should not be available on this site, please contact us and we will review the request. When appropriate we will remove the font or disable its download quickly.

What to include in a removal request

Please include the following so we can act quickly:

  • The font page URL on NexFonts.
  • The name of the font and the owner or company.
  • Proof of ownership or the basis for your license concern.
  • A contact email we can reply to.

You can send a request from our contact page, which has a dedicated copyright and removal option.

Our commitment

We review valid copyright requests and remove or disable the relevant files quickly when needed. Keeping this library legal and trustworthy matters to us.
