The NexFonts Resource License applies to original design resources that NexFonts identifies as created and published by NexFonts. These resources can include PSD text effects, photo effects, mockups, textures, overlays, Photoshop brushes, patterns, gradient presets and motion templates. The item page remains the best place to confirm the file format and any software requirements for a specific download.
The licence gives you permission to use, edit and adapt the resource when creating a finished design. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying source resource to you. Copyright in the original resource remains with NexFonts unless an item page explicitly says otherwise.
You may use a licensed NexFonts resource in personal projects and in commercial creative work such as branding presentations, posters, social media graphics, album artwork, advertisements, client concepts, thumbnails, packaging visuals, editorial layouts and portfolio case studies. You may charge a client for your design work that uses the resource as one part of the finished composition.
Commercial use permission applies to the finished design, image, video or other end product. It does not give permission to resell, repackage or distribute the editable NexFonts source file as a competing resource download.
You may change text, colours, masks, layer styles, smart objects, images, timing, scale, gradients and other editable controls provided by the resource. You may also combine the resource with your own artwork and other properly licensed assets. Keep a clean copy of the original download so project-specific changes do not destroy the source master.
Modification does not remove the restrictions on redistribution. A heavily edited PSD, ABR, PAT, GRD, AEP or other source file is still based on the original NexFonts resource when it remains usable as an editable design asset.
You may deliver normal finished outputs to a client, including flattened images, exported video, print-ready artwork and presentation files. If a client needs the editable working document, include only the project-specific document when the NexFonts resource cannot reasonably be extracted and reused as a standalone asset.
Do not hand over the untouched download, the original resource archive or a packaged source collection intended to let another party build a resource library from NexFonts files. If a team member needs direct access to the original resource, they should obtain it from NexFonts so the licence terms remain clear.
You may not sell, sublicense, upload, mirror, share or redistribute a NexFonts resource as a standalone downloadable asset. You may not include the original or lightly modified source files in another resource pack, template marketplace listing, stock library, membership download collection or file-sharing archive.
You may not claim that you created the original NexFonts source resource, remove ownership information in order to misrepresent authorship, or use the files to build a substantially similar competing download catalogue. These restrictions protect the editable source while still allowing broad use in finished creative work.
An original NexFonts resource can demonstrate fonts, photos or other elements in a preview that are not necessarily included in the download. Fonts keep their own licences and copyright owners. Any separately identified third-party element remains subject to its own terms, even when it appears inside a preview or example composition.
If an item includes an external dependency, linked font or plugin requirement, verify that dependency before commercial delivery. The NexFonts Resource License cannot grant rights that belong to a separate font designer, software vendor, photographer or other third-party rights holder.
Original NexFonts resource pages identify NexFonts as the resource publisher and rights holder. Fonts are different: third-party font files remain owned by their respective designers, foundries or other copyright holders and keep their own licences. Read the font and resource licensing guide for that distinction.
If you believe a resource contains material that should not be available, or if an ownership statement is inaccurate, use the copyright contact form. We review specific URL-based reports and can correct or remove material when appropriate.
