Before you send a message
These pages cover the most common questions about fonts, tools, licences and resource files. If the issue is specific to a page or download, include that URL in your message.
Choose the closest request type and add the page or font name when it is relevant.
What we can help with
A clear request is easier to review than a general message such as “this does not work.” The contact form covers technical problems, catalogue corrections, licensing questions, copyright concerns and feedback. When the issue belongs to one page, include that page instead of describing it from memory.
Report a download that does not start, an archive that cannot be extracted, a missing file, or a resource page that points to the wrong asset.
Tell us when a designer name, licence label, format, software requirement, resource size, preview or description appears to be wrong.
Ask about the licence information shown on a font or resource page, especially when the source, author or permitted use is unclear.
Rights holders can report a font or resource and provide the source URL, ownership information and supporting evidence for review.
Report problems with Font Finder, Font Pairing, Font Converter, search, filters, previews, account features or a page that does not render correctly.
Send a clear suggestion about the library, documentation, accessibility or a workflow that would make NexFonts easier to use.
Send enough context
The fastest way to understand a problem is to connect it to the exact page, file or action involved. For a broken resource, the page URL and download name matter. For a font question, the font page and licence text matter. For a tool bug, the sequence of clicks and the browser matter. Screenshots can help with visual issues, but they should support the written steps rather than replace them.
Never paste passwords, private API keys, authentication tokens, card details or other credentials into the message field. A page URL, error description and non-sensitive screenshot are usually enough for a normal support report.
Paste the exact NexFonts page URL when the question is about a specific font, guide or resource.
Use the font or resource title shown on the page so similarly named files are not confused.
For a technical problem, list the steps that reproduce it and what you expected to happen.
Mention the browser, device or design application when compatibility is part of the problem.
For licensing or copyright concerns, include the original source and enough evidence to verify the claim.
Do not send passwords, private API keys, payment-card information or other credentials through the contact form.
How requests are reviewed
Not every message needs the same type of review. Technical reports are checked against the page or workflow, catalogue corrections are compared with the available source information, and rights-related requests need enough evidence to identify the work and the claimant. NexFonts documentation can explain the information we publish, but it is not a substitute for project-specific legal advice from a rights holder or qualified professional.
Use the URL, font name, resource title or tool name so the report can be matched to the correct record.
The description, reproduction steps, source links or ownership information are checked against what the site currently shows.
When a site record or workflow is wrong, the useful outcome is a correction, removal, documentation update or clearer explanation for future visitors.
Contact FAQ
Include the page URL, the font or resource name, what you clicked, what happened instead, and the browser or device you were using. A short description is usually enough to reproduce the issue.
Check the font page and licensing guides first. If the available information is unclear, use the contact form and include the exact font name or URL so the question can be reviewed in context.
Use the copyright or removal option in the contact form and include the relevant URL plus enough information to show the ownership or licensing concern. This helps separate rights issues from normal download problems.
Yes. The Help Center and Guides explain the main workflows. If the tool behaves differently from the guide, send the steps you followed and the result you expected through this page.
A screenshot can be useful when the problem is visual, but the page URL and exact steps are more important. Describe what you clicked, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in screenshots.
We can point you to the licence information recorded for a font and correct catalogue errors, but project-specific legal interpretation belongs to the rights holder or qualified legal advice. When asking, include the exact font page and the type of use you are considering.
Send the exact resource URL and the detail that appears incorrect. If possible, mention what you found after opening or extracting the download so the catalogue record can be checked against the source file.
